If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products purchased <strong>within fourteen (14) calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of delivery.<\/p>\n<p>1) Please contact us through email (info@bloeur.gr) or tel (+30 2311823482) before you make the return.<\/p>\n<p>2) Please check with the courrier of your choice, which will receive the product. If you agree to use our courier the charge for product changes is 6\u20ac(only for Greece).\u00a0 For returns outside Greece please contact us for further information. Check below in case of returns and money back.<\/p>\n<p>3) The address for all returns is Anaximandrou 44 P.C 54250, Thessaloniki .<\/p>\n<p>4) Once the products are received and checked, the company will notify you via e-mail on the progress of your return. Please make sure the items you wish to return meets the return policy conditions:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The products must be accompanied by the receipt.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Products should not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged. Remember to try the products purchased without removing labels or plastic binders, as we do not accept returns if not in the same state in which it was delivered to you.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Products must be returned complete. In case of sets return the whole set together.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The returned product must be returned to us within fourteen calendar days (14) days from delivery receipt.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Reimbursement (money back) will occur within 8-14 working days once the product is returned at its original condition. You have the choice of having your money returned to your bank account (reducing the amount of <strong>3\u20ac<\/strong> if the payment has been occurred via debit\/credit card on our eshop or reducing the amount of <strong>3\u20ac<\/strong> if the payment has been occurred choosing\u00a0 payment on\u00a0 delivery service, that is about the transportation expenses).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In case of returns you can get a voucher for future purchase from our eshop.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Changes and returns in a sales period \u2013 newsletter \u2013 or other periods with an extra discount on existing prices, are not accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATTENTION:<\/strong> In case the product reaches you damaged, please inform Bloeur within the next twenty-four [24] hours at the company&#8217;s email (info@bloeur.gr) by sending photos of the product you received, so that it can take responsibility. In this case, the return will not be possible. Return costs are borne by the Company. A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that the product is in its original packaging.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PERMITTED TOTAL OF CHANGES\/RETURNS 3 TIMES.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OUR COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.
