PURCHASE RETURNS

The company’s aim is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of delivery.

1) Please contact us through email ([email protected]) or tel (+30 2311823482) before you make the return.

2) Please check with the courrier of your choice, which will receive the product. If you agree to use our courier the charge for product changes is 4€ and will be paid directly to courier when receiving the new package (only for Greece).  For returns outside Greece please contact us for further information. Check below in case of returns and money back.

3) The address for all returns is Anaximandrou 44 P.C 54250, Thessaloniki .

4) Once the products are received and checked, the company will notify you via e-mail on the progress of your return. Please make sure the items you wish to return meets the return policy conditions:

• The products must be accompanied by the receipt.

• Products should not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged. Remember to try the products purchased without removing labels or plastic binders, as we do not accept returns if not in the same state in which it was delivered to you.

• Products must be returned complete. In case of sets return the whole set together.

• The returned product must be returned to us within fourteen calendar days (14) days from delivery receipt.

• Reimbursement (money back) will occur within 8-14 working days once the product is returned at its original condition. You have the choice of having your money returned to your bank account (reducing the amount of 5 euros that is about the transportation expences and the payment on delivery only if you use our courier for the return).

• In case of returns you can get a voucher for future purchase from our eshop reduced by 5€.

• Due to healthy issues we do not accept returns in bijou and swimwear bottoms (in case of swimware sets please return the whole set)

• Changes and returns in a sales period – newsletter – or other periods with an extra discount on existing prices, are not accepted.

ATTENTION: In case the product reaches you damaged, please inform Bloeur within the next twenty-four [24] hours at the company’s email ([email protected]), so that it can take responsibility. In this case, the return will not be possible. Return costs are borne by the Company. A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that the product is in its original packaging.

PERMITTED TOTAL OF CHANGES/RETURNS 3 TIMES.

OUR COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME. YOU MAY PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS OFTEN. THE USER IS INVITED TO PRINT AND STORE ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS THAT COMES WITH HIS ORDER. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE.

BLACK FRIDAY SALES

Products in Black Friday sales will be excluded from exchanges and returns as they belong to the category of special offer days.
